Our services

  • The Y.O.U. Center (Your Options, Understood) is Arkansas’ first and only abortion and pregnancy resource center. We provide free emergency contraception, condoms, and pregnancy tests with no questions asked. We can help you with judgement-free all options counseling on: abortion, adoption, and parenting.

    We provide the information YOU need to make the right choice for YOU.

  • We provide funds for both practical support, like gas money and hotel stays, and for procedure costs.

  • We believe that everyone deserves full knowledge and understanding of their options and resources. We aim to ensure that Arkansans are empowered to make their own educated choice for their own circumstances.

  • We ship out 2 emergency contraceptives to anyone in the state of Arkansas, completely for free. You can fill out our order form HERE.

    If you are in the Little Rock area, you can stop by our Y.O.U. Center any Friday or Saturday to pick some up in person!

AASN on the Big Screen!

During early 2025, Karen and the team began working with documentary filmmaker, Phil Davis, telling the story of the history behind AASN’s The Y.O.U. Center, formerly Little Rock Family Planning Services before the overturning of Roe in 2022.

What came together was a beautiful story called “The Last Clinic in Arkansas,” which premiered at the 34th Annual Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival.
