A note on current Arkansas law:
Since 2022, Abortion has been banned in Arkansas at every stage of pregnancy, with a narrow exception only when a pregnant person's life is at risk.
This is not your fault, and it doesn't mean you're out of options. It is not a crime to be pregnant and seek an abortion in Arkansas. You have the right to travel to another state for care, and we're here to help you navigate that safely, confidentially, and without judgment.
